1.2. The Platform Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing their Personal Information, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

1.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of Personal Information are governed by this Policy, other official documents of the Platform Operator and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.4. By registering and using the Platform, the User agrees with the terms of this Policy.

1.5. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Platform and its services must be terminated immediately.

The Platform Operator has the right to amend this Policy. 1.7. The Policy applies to all Personal Information of Users processed by the Platform Operator, as well as processes related to the processing of Personal Information. The Platform Operator can process Personal Information both with the use of automation tools and without the use of such tools.

2. Terms of use of the Platform

2.1. Providing services for the use of the Platform, the Platform Operator, acting reasonably and in good faith, believes that the User:

• has all the necessary rights to enable him to register and use the Platform;
• indicates reliable information about himself in the amount necessary to use the Platform;
• is familiar with this Policy, agrees with it and assumes the rights and obligations specified in it.

2.2. The Platform Operator does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about the Users, unless such verification is necessary in order to fulfill the Platform Operator's obligations to the User / Contractor / Clients / Customers of the Platform Operator or third parties involved by the Platform Operator for the purpose of concluding and / or execution of any contract / agreement concluded with the Users.

3. Volume and categories of processed information:

3.1. Personal information of Users includes the following data:

3.1.1. Personal information provided by Users when registering on the Platform as a "Contractor" (creating an account), such as: last name, first name, patronymic, gender, citizenship, year, month, date and place of birth, registration address and residence address, number phone number, e-mail address, TIN, SNILS, passport data, bank details, information contained in a personal medical record (including series and number, date of issue, dates of last medical examinations, etc.), information about education and experience, information criminal record, information about legal capacity, driver's license data, photos of the User, as well as other information directly or indirectly related to the User and necessary to achieve the goals specified in this Policy. The Platform Operator has the right, in particular, to request from the Contractor a copy of an identity document (as well as copies of other above-mentioned documents), as well as other additional information that, at the discretion of the Platform Operator, will be necessary and sufficient to identify such a User, as well as to conclude and / or the execution of any contract / agreement concluded with Clients / Customers with Users and will eliminate abuse and violations of the rights of third parties, including Clients / Customers of the Platform Operator.

3.1.2. Personal information provided by Users when registering as a "Client / Customer" (creating an account), such as: surname, name, patronymic, phone number, email address, place of work / work address;

3.1.3. Electronic data (HTTP headers, IP address, cookies, web beacons / pixel tags, browser ID data, hardware and software information);

3.1.4. Date and time of access to the Platform;

3.1.5. Information about user activity while using the Platform (for example, the history of search queries; files stored in the Platform's systems);

3.1.6. Information about the geolocation of the User during the period of using the Platform.

4. Purposes of processing personal data

4.1. The purpose of processing the User's Personal Information is to provide the User with access to services, information and / or materials contained on the Platform, conclude and / or fulfill any contract / agreement, including those concluded by the Users through the use of the Platform's functionality, consideration of requests from Users of the Platform, analysis of statistics using the Platform to improve the Platform, to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.2. Anonymized data of Users collected using Internet statistics services are used to collect information about the actions of Users on the Platform, to improve the quality of the Platform and its content.

5. Legal basis for the processing of Personal Information

5.1. The Platform Operator processes the User's Personal Information only if it is filled in and / or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the Platform (including through the registration form). By filling out the appropriate forms and / or sending his Personal Information to the Platform Operator, the User agrees with this Policy.

5.2. The Platform Operator uses server logs and automated data collection tools such as cookies and web beacons (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Data Collection Tools") when the User visits the Platform. The data collected in this way is linked to the User's personal information. Data collection tools automatically track and collect some technical data that is sent by the User's computer or device. Such data may include IP address, browser type and language, referring and exit pages, URL, platform type, number of clicks, domain name, landing pages, information about visits, pages viewed (including the order in which they were viewed), amount of time spent on specific pages, the date and time of the User's activity and other similar information. In some cases, the above technical data is linked to the User's identification number for their internal use. The use of cookies allows the Platform Operator to: (1) analyze the use of the Platform; (2) better take into account the individual characteristics of Users; (3) manage advertising more effectively; (4) make it easier for Users to log into their account; (5) to make the experience of using the Platform more effective and meaningful by remembering preferences and saving settings when re-entering the Platform.

The use of web beacons and other technologies allows the Platform Operator to: (1) find out if a particular page has been opened or an e-mail has been read; (2) track pixels for more effective advertising, for example by excluding current Users from certain marketing communications.

The User can configure his web browser in such a way that he warns him about attempts to place cookies on the User's computer / device, restricts the type of cookies allowed by the User or rejects them altogether. The Platform Operator recommends that the User visit the support sites of the browsers used to learn more about how to block the use of Data Collection Tools. However, if the User rejects / disables cookies, he may lose the ability to use some or all of the Platform's functions.

6. The procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of processing of Personal Information

6.1. The security of Personal Information processed by the Platform Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

6.2. The Platform Operator ensures the safety of Personal Information and takes all possible measures to exclude unauthorized persons from accessing Personal Information. To authorize access to the Platform, the User's phone number is used, which he entered during registration, with the confirmation of this phone number by entering the code sent in an SMS message to the User. The User is responsible for the safety of this information. The user does not have the right to transfer this data to third parties, and is also obliged to take measures to ensure their confidentiality.

6.3. The User gives the Platform Operator consent to the processing of Personal Information by the Platform Operator for the purpose of providing the Platform's functionality, to transfer the User's personal information to the Platform Operator to Clients / Customers of the Platform Operator who use the Platform and place Orders on the Platform, their authorized representatives, credit institutions (banks), government bodies (in the case provided for by the current legislation) and other persons involved by the Platform Operator in order to provide the User with the functionality of the Platform.

6.4. The User, inter alia, gives his consent to the transfer of Personal Information to a person acting on behalf of the Platform Operator (Processor). Personal data of any category of Users can be transferred to information technology service providers, including hosting service providers, information system operators, technical support service providers. A complete list of persons processing personal data of Users on behalf of the Platform Operator can be provided to the User in the manner prescribed by section 9 of this Policy.

6.5. The User agrees to receive from the Platform Operator notifications about new services, special offers and various events created on the basis of the data obtained as a result of the processing of Personal Information. The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending an email to the Platform Operator via the email specified by the User during registration to the email address helpresource@example.com with the note “Refusal of notifications about new services and special offers”.

6.6. In case of revealing inaccuracies in the Personal Information, the User can update them independently, including by sending a notification to the Platform Operator via the email specified by the User during registration to the email address of the Platform Operator; helpresource@example.com marked "Updating personal data" ...

6.7. The Platform Operator processes Personal Information for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, or to comply with the requirements of laws and regulations.

6.8. The User can at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of Personal Data / Personal Information by sending a notification to the Platform Operator via the email specified by the User during registration to the email address of the Platform Operator; helpresource@example.com with the note "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data" , however, at the same time, the User should understand that the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data means the inability of the Platform Operator to provide all or some of the functionality of the Platform.

7. Cross-border transfer of Personal Information

7.1. The Platform Operator, prior to the commencement of the cross-border transfer of Personal Information, is obliged to make sure that the foreign state, to whose territory it is supposed to transfer Personal Information, provides reliable protection of the rights of Users.

7.2. Cross-border transfer of Personal Information on the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only if the User has a written consent to the cross-border transfer of his Personal Information and / or the execution of an agreement to which the User is a party.

8. User rights

8.1. Carry out free, free access to information about yourself by uploading your personal pages on the Platform using your login and authorization confirmation;

8.2. Require the Platform Operator to clarify his Personal Information, block or destroy it if such information is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, by sending a notification via e-mail specified by the User during registration to the e-mail address of the Platform Operator ; helpresource@example.com ;

8.3. On the basis of a request, receive information from the Platform Operator regarding the processing of his Personal Data / Personal Information.

9. User requests

9.1. Users have the right to send their requests to the Platform Operator, including requests in accordance with clauses 6.5., 6.6. and 6.8., via the email specified by the User during registration, to the email address of the Platform Operator ; helpresource@example.com

9.2. The Platform Operator undertakes to consider and send a response to the user's request within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request.

9.3. All correspondence received by the Platform Operator from Users (requests in writing or electronic form) refers to information of limited access and is not disclosed without the written consent of the User. Personal information about the User who sent the request cannot be used without the User's special consent otherwise than to respond to the topic of the request received or in cases directly provided for by law.
